Boston College(5-2) @ Notre Dame(4-2) Line: ND (-7.5) O/U: 55.5
Boston College has won the last 6 meetings between these two schools, but I have a feeling the Irish are going to avenge themselves this year. Jimmy Clausen has been playing like a future pro, and coming off a tough loss last week I expect him to come out firing. I’m taking the Irish.

No.8 Iowa(7-0) @ Michigan State(4-3) Line: MSU (-1) O/U: 42
I think Iowa’s luck runs out this weekend. Their bid for a BCS bowl goes out the window with a loss to Michigan State, and I’m all for it. MSU is no powerhouse, but I think they get it done at home. Screw Iowa.

Florida has not been as dominant this year, in part because they lost Offensive coordinator Dan Mullen to Miss St. Mullen was coordinator on 2 Nat'l Championship Gator teams and coached Tebow to the Heisman.

Connecticut (4-2) at No. 22 West Virginia (5-1) Line: WV -7.5 O/U: 46.5
UCONN's first game since corner, Jasper Howard was tragically killed last week. Connecticut will have the emotional edge not to mention I think they are the better team.

ReplyDeleteAnyone who knows me knows I am not a PSU fan but that is not my reason for the pick here. I like Michigan at home here. Similar to when they played ND at home (painful game for me)
Oregon-9.5 @ Washington:
Oregons been playing some pretty good football, which makes Boises opening win vs them all the better for Boise.
Kansas/Oklahoma over 55.5: Oklahomas backup to Bradford isnt that bad, both teams should put up 27+
Iowa-2 @ Mich St:
Agree with above, dont get this line which means MSU probably wins but take Iowa @ -2 . MSU seems to get good lines @ home.
Miss St +22 vs Fla
Florida is battling sickness, injury and have not been as dominant b/c of this. Three touchs are alot. Take the Miss St
Temple-2.5 @ Toledo
Temple has been playing pretty well, this is a tough spot for them but not a huge line, it wont be long before a big time program comes chasin Golden
BYU+3 vs TCU
This is strictly a gut pick, I think TCU is due for a bad game and Im picking it to happen here. If BYU controls the ball and time of possession they could win outright
