Chris Coste agreed to terms with the New York Mets today on a contract that guarantees him a spot on the 40-man roster. (forum fargo-moorhead) Coste said that the Mets were the only team to offer that guarantee. Ha! It seems like he is a little embarrassed about signing there.
Coste was always a fan favorite here in philly and all he did was hit while here. Good for him for landing somehwhere in the bigs but I wish he would have landed in a better place.
