Miami plays their home opener tonight in what should be a hard-fought game as the ‘Canes take on ACC-Rival Georgia Tech at Miami Hurricanes Stadium. The Yellow Jackets have won four consecutive games in the series, including a 41-23 victory last year that including 472 yards of offense on the ground. GT won 30-27 last week against Clemson and hopes to take charge in the conference with a win in Miami. Miami is brimming with confidence, however, after winning at FSU and looks to prove that they’re back with another victory over a ranked opponent. For their sake, I hope Miami isn’t looking ahead to next week’s matchup against Virginia Tech, GT is no cake walk. TREND: Miami is 13-2 on Thursday night games, including 9-0 at home.
