30. EagleBank – UCLA v. Temple – Tuesday, Dec. 29 at 4:30 p.m. (ESPN)

THOUGHTS: Temple plays football? Would make a better second-round college basketball tournament game.
PREDICTION: Temple 61, UCLA 58

5. Capital One – Penn State v. LSU – Friday, Jan. 1 at 1 p.m. (ABC)

THOUGHTS: Battle of two clueless coaches will help you feel better about yourself while you nurse a hangover.
PREDICTION: LSU 19, Penn State 13

  1. Whoever wrote that column is a moron. JoePa is not clueless, and the Fiesta Bowl is a far, far more tantalizing game than the Rose and most of the bowls ranked ahead of it.

  2. Yeah Boise/TCU is easily top 5.

I think the Gator Bowl is the biggest outrage. #7? I know its Bowden's last game but FSU was 6-6..

  4. Are you related to Adam Morrison from Gonzaga? You probably just bet on the Lakers while your brother is crying on the sidelines getting his 5 million for his 2 ppg.

Jgas is 1-0 for the DWDW season! How does he do it? He is unbelievable! 100% of his NFL bets.

  5. What a scam. I woulda loved to see TCU vs Florida and Boise vs Cincinnati or something like that.

Give the little guys a chance against the big boys. Boise beat Oklahoma in a thriller a couple of years ago and Utah smoked Alabama last year.
