Red October

One down, ten to go. The Phils took their first step towards repeating yesterday on a windy afternoon. Yesterday was the largest crowd in Citizen's Bank Park history, and dirtywudders was there once again to take it all in. Lee definitely had the "10th man on the field with him yesterday as once again Phillies fans proved to be the most intimidating fans in all of baseball. "Let's Go Lee" chants shook CBP in the ninth inning as Lee finished off the Rockies. They were so loud that I am sure that our neighbors up I95 heard them and were left wondering, why their team cannot be like the Phillies.

Once again Charlie made the right decision to give the ball to Clifton Lee in game one. The guy continues to make the right moves day in, and day out. No one should ever question what he does in that dugout. He may come off as a guy that doesn't know what he is doing, but Charlie knows the game better than most managers in baseball. With Lee's great performance yesterday, hopefully this will take some pressure off Hamels today as the Phils look to go up 2-0. "Rocktober" is about to come to a screeching halt Rockies fans, and there is nothing that you can do about it. We are the World F'ing Champs!
